Refund policy

Store Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. This return policy is for most products however, please see below the exceptions and non-refundable items.

To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and still in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

The customer is responsible for all costs associated to shipping for any items returned within the 7 day period.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, certain types of items cannot be returned, such as our “lifestyle range” or custom products such as special orders. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return item/s and confirm if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

EU Online Withdrawal Function
Customers located in the European Union, and any other customers who are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws, may submit a withdrawal request using our online withdrawal form available on our website.

The online withdrawal form enables you to notify us of your decision to withdraw from your purchase in a clear and straightforward manner.

Where applicable, the statutory withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, we will promptly provide confirmation that we have received your request on a durable medium, such as email.

Submitting a withdrawal request through our online withdrawal form does not affect any other rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where a valid withdrawal request is made, any refund will be processed in accordance with this Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law. Refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or evidence of return.

This statutory right of withdrawal applies only where such rights are provided under applicable consumer protection laws.
